person for the same gathering with written notification by May 1, 2009. In order to transfer, you must send by
POSTAL MAIL ONLY the new person's registration form and a written acknowlegement from you authorizing the new
person to attend in your place.
Refund policy: Before March 1, 2009, Full refund less $75 deposit.
After March 1, 2009, no refunds for any reason. You must be at least 21 years old to attend this event.
